Former Partner with two international public accounting firms, and Internal Revenue Agent with significant financial and tax background. Specific experiences have been with companies involved in financial services, real estate, healthcare, international tax, sports and entertainment and, personal financial planning. Also possess strong business development ability resulting from relationship skills and leadership through effective team building and commitment to community service.

President, LDB Consulting, Inc. Provide strategic financial and tax consulting services to companies and individuals. Services employ experience gained from over thirty years of involvement in the financial and accounting sectors which include deal structure, contract negotiations, capital sourcing and tax strategies.

December 1991-July 1, 2002 (Retired)
Partner - PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (formerly Coopers and Lybrand): Responsible for providing financial, accounting and tax services to quasi-government, corporate, partnership, sports franchises and individual clients. Provided accountants due diligence review services on securitizations for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and the Government National Mortgage Corporation (GNMA). Provided tax and financial consulting services to corporations and individuals involving tax strategies and contract negotiation. Was intricately involved in the negotiation of several landmark contracts in entertainment and sports. Practice development efforts led to well over $100 million of new and recurring business for the Firm, some of which is ongoing. Also served as the Partner-In-Charge of the Africa Desk as the liaison for US firm clients and offices located on the Continent of Africa. Actively involved in campus recruiting, partner development, and diversity programs.

June 1976 - May 1991
Last Position/Partner- KMPG Peat Marwick: Provided tax and consulting services to financial institutions (foreign and domestic), insurance companies, energy companies, real estate, government contractors, investment companies, manufacturers, and individuals. Significant experience gained in tax compliance and consulting. Created significant practice development opportunities at early stage of career through significant community involvement and professional organizations.

June 1972 - July 1974
Revenue Agent: Responsible for audits of individual, corporate and partnership tax returns. Also was a member of the Richmond District's Speakers Panel.
